ZestAds are seeking a self-motivated and social individual who will deal with our marketing, finance and development team on a daily basis to ensure our reporting is correct.

 

Job Responsibilities

  •  Responsible for full accounting transaction (A/P, A/R, G/L), balance sheet, financial statement and reporting.
  • Consolidate financial reports to assist management analysis.
  • Ensure all account transactions are accurate and timely.
  • Prepare and produce the financial reports and documents to ensure the accuracy as well as compliance of the reports within defined schedule.
  • Analyse an impact on financial operation due to new business, changes of business or regulations.

 

Job Requirements

  • Excellent Excel skills are required for this position and is a must have
  • <1-2 years’ experience (starter) in the field of data analytics
  • Strong focus on data analysis and structured problem solving
  • Knowledge of performance measurement and process optimisation is preferred
  • Bachelor or Master in related studies
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Skills and Experience Required

  • Excellent knowledge of computers and the Internet. Work fluently with Microsoft Office, email, browsers, and Mac/Windows PC.

  • Ability and knack for working with numerical data. Attention to detail. Accurate.

  • Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping is preferred but not required.

  • Knowledge of business and accounting terms such as profit, ROI, assets, liabilities

  • Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

  • Knowledge of general office procedures, such as copying, faxing, filing, and shredding.

  • Innovative and creative in the form of continuous improvement to internal processes.

  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
