Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plans, direct, manage and monitor project execution.

  • Control changes in scope and end of project closing requirement. 

  • Manage and deliver multiple work streams for various types of digital projects within an account (e.g. website development, banner advertising, email marketing campaigns, etc.) to agreed scope, timings, budget and quality. 

  • Work with internal teams to help define project scope, resource requirements and cost estimates for projects. 

  • Project and task allocation of development resources (roles including programmers, user interface designers, creative, account managers, media buyers) 

  • Ensure all staff is working towards and achieving their target KPIs

  • Be the hub of communication for the project – in regular contact with internal and external partners engaged in delivering our product. 

  • Be on top of projects and know the status of timings, key milestones, budgets, resourcing etc. at all times. 

  • Assess the time and financial impact of changes and communicate to clients as appropriate. 

  • Understand the workings and needs of the account you are partnered with; have a good understanding of the brands you work on – their definitions, their core characteristics, how they should and shouldn’t behave. 

  • Understand the key technical aspects of the development process for website delivery, email delivery, online advertising, digital outdoor etc. as appropriate to your client.

 

Skills and Experience Required

  • At least Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields or higher

  • Minimum 2 years of experiences in digital production, digital advertising agency or other related industry.

  • Experience in online production or digital producer

  • Good planning, personality, interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.

  • Positive attitude with willingness for self-development

  • Excellent in both written and spoken English.
